Deerfield Services is a proud, women-owned property preservation company committed to delivering high-quality service and reliable results. Since 2014 we’ve been on a mission to elevate the industry standard by combating blight in communities across the U.S. and building a support ecosystem for fellow veteran and minority-owned businesses.

Our journey began when we made the bold decision to leave our comfortable roles at a national preservation firm to forge our own path; what followed was a relentless pursuit of excellence. We worked to break through industry barriers, overcome assumptions, and prove our worth through hard work, integrity, and unwavering determination. Today, Deerfield is a name we’re proud of: a brand built on grit, quality, and a refusal to settle for less.

We service a wide range of property types that include private, government, and investor-owned real estate and approach each with the same goal: to deliver curb appeal that turns heads and craftsmanship that lasts. We saw early on that the market lacked consistent quality and we’ve made it our mission to fill that gap by treating every property as if it were our own.
